Use the written directions or tutorial video below to add the portal to ICON.

  1. In ICON, click on Settings at the bottom of the blue left-hand menu bar. 
  2. Click on the Navigation tab at the top of the page. 
  3. Locate Proctored Exams Portal in the lower (disabled) section of the Navigation bar. 
  4. Click on the 3 dots beside the Proctored Exams Portal to edit navigation and click on Enable. 
  5. Check to be sure that Proctored Exams Portal has moved to the upper (enabled) section of the page. 
  6. Click the gold Save button at the bottom of the page. 
  7. Proctored Exams Portal will appear in the left-hand menu bar.
